We look forward to making your baptism a wonderful celebration of new life in the Kingdom of God. To be baptized a Christian at All Saints' Episcopal Church, one must believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. For infant baptisms, this means the parent or parents meet this biblical standard.

The clergy offer baptism instruction. The topics of instruction are:

• Review of the Baptism Customary & Preparations for Holy Baptism

• Holy Scripture and Christian faith

• The baptism portion of the Book of Common Prayer

The best times for baptisms at All Saints' are: The Great Vigil of Easter, Pentecost Sunday, All Saints' Sunday, and The First Sunday after the Epiphany. Baptisms are also scheduled on Sundays most convenient to those requesting the baptism, provided they are not on a Sunday in Lent when baptisms are not conducted or on a Sunday where there is a special parish celebration.

Baptisms are also scheduled during weekday office hours, on Wednesday at the 6:00 p.m. worship service, on Saturday at the 4:00 p.m. worship service, and following that service at 5:30 p.m. in St. Mary's Chapel. We are always happy to help you with your baptism needs!

However, we only baptize "active" members of All Saints'.

If you are related to a member of All Saints' or you are a past member of All Saints', we would be happy to conduct a "Courtesy Baptism".

The guidelines for this are in the Baptism Customary.
