       Our Mission

Welcome to All Saints Youth Ministry!  Our mission, found in the Book of Common Prayer, is to “do all in our power to support our youth in their life in Christ”.  We pledge to help our parents raise them “in the Christian faith and life” and “by our prayers and witness help our youth to grow into the full stature of Christ”.  We provide a supportive community of faith with: Christian fellowship, biblical instruction, traditional liturgies, contemporary worship, prayer ministry, decision training, and service opportunities.

Faith: We urge our youth to pursue a life of commitment to God and a living relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ. We support their Baptismal vows and prepare them to make a “mature public affirmation of their faith” at Confirmation.
Romans 10:9-13

Scripture: We teach our youth to follow and apply the eternal truths from the Holy Word of God to every part of their life. We demonstrate the necessity and power of Biblical knowledge to the Christian believer. 2 Timothy 3:16 & 17

Church: We embrace our youth in a community of Christian faith. Our church services and ministries support all areas of Christian growth for all our members. Hebrews 10:24-25

Family: We invite the parents of our youth to join our ministry. We provide opportunities to strengthen their family relationships in the Christian faith.
Romans 12:5

“Almighty God, let your Fatherly hand be over our parents and their children; let your Holy Spirit be with them; and so lead them in the knowledge and obedience of your Word, that they may love and serve you in this life, and dwell with you in the life to come; through Jesus Christ our Lord.  Amen.”

The goal of youth ministry is to
reach out and share our love of God,
experience each other in joy,
grow in our understanding of God's Word, serve others, and honor God.
