Master of Ceremonies:
A person appointed by a cathedral dean or parish rector to assist with specific worship duties. If a cathedral or parish has a Verger, the Master of Ceremonies receives their instruction from the Verger.
M.Div.:
Master of Divinity. This is the common professional degree for clergy who have finished a college bachelor's degree and then a seminary three-year master's degree of professional training in ministry preparation.
Minister:
This is a Latin word, meaning "servant," or, more fundamentally, a doer of small deeds (vs. a magister, a doer of great deeds). In the Episcopal Church, lay persons as well as bishops, priests and deacons are ministers, servants of God, caring for their brothers and sisters in the church and those outside it. Assisting Ministers are persons, lay and clergy, who assist the celebrant (BCP pp. 322 & 354).
Mr./Mrs./Ms.: Can be used in referring to clergy when the full name is not used.
