Godparent:
One who acts as a sponsor to a child at a baptism (spiritual birth) and one who promises to help supervise the Christian growth of the child. One can be a Godfather or Godmother. A child traditionally has only one set of Godparents or just a Godfather or a Godmother.
Gospeller: A clergyperson, normally a
deacon, who reads the Gospel during a worship service.
